Founder of DURRANI LAW FIRM and DURRANI FOUNDATION.  The law firm specializes in Federal Law including a focus on Immigration & immigrants.  DURRANI FOUNDATION provides education, seminars, and pro bono law clinics and services through out the country.

He is an author, speaker, mentor, radio show host, advocate for - disabled, minorities, immigrants & immigration issues and Co-Moderator of Immigration Attorneys forum, linking 400 plus attorneys around the country and abroad.

He is a believer of Restorative Justice in Action.  He provides Federal Law support to non-profits, religious organizations and communities across U.S. to achieve better results for all involved and build their capacity to engage & contribute in the larger community. Speaker, educator & mentor in the area of immigration law & other Federal laws including Health, Civil Rights & Disability with Restorative Justice concepts.

With over 18 years of Human Resources and Immigration expertise,  She has experience with business and family immigration cases of all kinds, with particular expertise in business and professional immigrant and non-immigrant visas. She has prepared cases for CEOs, business professionals, researchers, medical professionals, scientists, veterinarian, physicians, university professors, teachers, editors, ministers, sample makers, etc.

Eldonie brings years of immigration experience working with businesses & individual clients. Prior to joining the Firm, Eldonie has worked for Pfizer Inc. for over 10 years heading up the company's corporate immigration department. Eldonie received her BBA in Business Administration from Baruch College in NYC and her Master's in Human Resources Management from the New School University in New York. She also has a certificate in Paralegal Studies.
